1. Each of the players on the team visits Soccer Stop Northern Colorado for sizing in our sample uniforms. The adidas kit includes: royal jersey (1), white jersey (1), shorts (1), socks (1 pair). Optional items are: backpack, warmup jacket, warmup pant.
2. Each player communicates to their Team Administrator their product sizes & quantities.
3. Team Administrator collects all player information and completes the Team Uniform Order Form.
4. Team Administrator submits Team Order Form to Soccer Stop Northern Colorado, via info@soccerstopnc.com.
5. Team Administrator continues to communicate with Soccer Stop Northern Colorado regarding order, payment, changes, and delivery arrangements.
6. Payment is made with a single team check. We will not accept individual player payments.
