Do you offer club discounts?

No. However, you may take advantage of our frequent in-store sales and promotions. Occasionally we will offer exclusive promotions to Clubs and/or teams. To stay updated on our promotions, "Like" us on Facebook!

Are you hiring any employees at this time?

We are always interested in identifying prospective employees with a strong work ethic and who have great customer service skills. If you feel you have these qualities in addition to a strong soccer background, please fill out an application and return it to the store--references are required. We will contact you if your skills are a good match for our future staffing needs.

What is your return policy on APPAREL?

We are happy to return merchandise within 15-days of original purchase date with your receipt. The merchandise must be un-soiled, unwashed, and MUST have all the original tags attached.

What is your return policy on new FOOTWEAR?

We do our absolute best to place you in the correct footwear for the shape and size of YOUR feet before you leave the store. We highly recommend wearing your new shoes INDOORS ON CARPET at home to get a better feel of the fit. You may exchange the new shoes within 15-days of the original purchase, if there are NO signs of soiling, scuffing, or outdoor wear. However, if the footwear shows any signs of soiling, scuffing, or outdoor wear, an exchange or refund will NOT be possible.

My shoe is split/torn/broken. What can you do?

Claims on used shoes must be made within 60-days of the original purchase date. No claims on footwear are accepted after 60-days. For valid claims, you MUST provide your original receipt for the purchase of the shoes. You will leave the shoes at Soccer Stop for assessment. You should have a response from Soccer Stop within 5-7 business days.

Do you offer sponsorships to teams?

We do not offer cash sponsorships to teams. However, for purchases of items in quantities of 10 or more, we will offer you the best discount possible.

What size soccer ball should I buy?

The following ball sizes are by age group:
U5 through U7: Size 3
U8 through U12: Size 4
U13 & Older: Size 5

What is your policy on sales tax exemption?

We collect both City of Fort Collins (3.85%) and Colorado State (3.70%) sales taxes on ALL sales made at our store. A customer who feels they are tax exempt may request a refund from the City of Fort Collins and the Colorado Department of Revenue. These forms are available online.

What can you recommend for foot pain?

We recommend first visiting your physician or a podiatrist to determine the severity or possible cause of the problem. You may also see a physical therapist. You may also look at getting an evaluation for custom orthotics from Quorum Orthopedics.
