Below are the TEAM ADMINISTRATOR instructions for ordering Core Soccer Academy
3v3 Uniforms for 2008.
- Print the Team Uniform Order Form. Click
HERE for Uniform Order Form.
- Each of the players on the team visits Soccer Stop Northern Colorado for sizing in our sample uniforms.
- Each player communicates to the Team Administrator their product selections (e.g. colors, sizes, quantities, etc.). Click
HERE for product choices.
- Team Administrator collects all player information and completes the Team Uniform Order Form (all fields required) and faxes form to Soccer Stop at (970) 223-8801. Orders are due May
04, 2008. Orders placed after May 04, will receive NO discount.
- When the uniform order is ready to pick up at Soccer Stop, the Team Administrator will be notified.
- The total charge for all
uniforms requested will be made against the credit card
number provided either on the form or at the time of pick
up. Uniforms will not be sold separately/individually
to the players on the team.
